MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS

Training program “Management of Educational Institutions and Organizations” through which trainees will be trained and familiarized with issues and questions concerning the exercise of the managerial role in a modern educational unit. They will develop a Culture of Cooperation, as well as skills on the Evaluation and Quality Assurance of Educational Units and Crisis Management in Educational Organizations
